Windows 7 BSOD while playing games

Hey guys just about a month ago I started getting BSOD about 50% of the time I play games. I can tell when it's about to happen, in the game the sound will start crackling, and the graphics start stuttering, then usually 30 seconds to a minute later I get BSOD. I have tabbed out when this is happening and the g-card is usually between 73-80 degrees.

Do you guys think this is my graphic card, as it only seems to happen when gaming, iv never had it happen when not gaming?

I have a GTX 460 and a Icore 7
