Windows 7 BSOD's still with updated drivers !

Clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Updated various drivers using safe mode and ccleaner.

Recently changed my nvidia videocard to a Radeon HD 4890 Vapor-X.
BSOD's are random, being on startup or just happening randomly after the computer is idle from 30min-6 hours.

Unsure on what to do next

Uninstall Avast! in safe mode using the tool found here:

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

Reboot and install MSE to replace it.
