I've had hard time finding out where is microsoft bug report , so I'm putting this here, hoping that you guys will know where how to send this bug report to microsoft

I'ts not that big bug, but it stills annoys me:

When istalling Windows 7 (Build 7600) , I've accedently chosen the default input language to be other than english.
When the installation was finished, I've noticed that , and changed the default input language.
However - this didnt change the input language of the logon screen, so now everytime I log in - I first have to change the language, and only then I can insert the password.

It seems like a minor issue, but this is still annoying.
