Windows 8 Built a new computer and getting BOSD of 8.1 and 7

I have just built a new computer and my longest up time has been about 25 minutes without a BOSD. I thought it was just Windows 8.1 so tried 7 and I am still getting BOSD all the time. I have not been able to narrow down the problem yet.

Can anybody here please? Attached are my last 4 dumps.
