I like the look of the Retrosmart cursors, but they are for X11!
I want to convert the cursors to Windows cursors, but I couldn't find anything doing that!
Is it possible?

There should be a program you can install in a Linux distro called x2wincur that should allow you to convert them.
Once converted drop any .cur or .ani files into C:\Windows\Cursors and you should be able to use them.

I can't use a Linux distro.
I tried before with Windows dual-booting Ubuntu, but the network didn't work.
That forced me to reset my PC.
I don't want to have that happen again.
Maybe try and find a alternate program that does the same thing, but it can run on Windows...

There may be Windows software to do so, but I'm not aware of any off the top of my head. A quick search "convert x11 cursors to windows" may yield some results.

The only result I found was "Metamorphosis" which was in Python..
