Can I re-use an Outlook 2013 installation when doing an OS reload on my PC

Due to poor performance on my old PC I'm thinking of doing a complete Windows 10 reload to clean things up. I have Outlook 2013 that I originally bought on ebay some five years ago.

  • Would I be able to re-use my existing product key?
  • If so, how do I find my existing product key on my PC - I'm not sure if I've got it written down anywhere?

Many thanks if you can help.

Whoops, I made a typo - what I meant to ask about was Office 2013 Professional Plus, of which Outlook is a component. I've found my product key but do want to use Excel and Word if possible, though I'm happy to consider Thunderbird for mail.

Would you know if Outlook 2013 Professional Plus is available still and if so what is a 'safe' download site?

Many thanks for your reply.

Solution
I did an upgrade from Win 7 and 8.1 to 10 as well as repair installs, and all apps (and settings), data, and even desktop appearances were retained. But I had to make sure that I correctly selected the option to keep apps and data in the upgrade process.
