Upgrade to Windows 7 did not fix that.

The troubleshooter tells me I have a problem but not what it is or how to repair it.

This tool can often identify and fix common network problems. 6. Check Network Cables and Hardware: - Ensure that all network cables are securely connected and not damaged. - Check the network hardware (routers, switches) for any issues. If these steps do not resolve the problem, please provide more details about the error messages or symptoms you are experiencing. This information can help in diagnosing the issue more accurately.
