Hi hiii! Ok so i have win 8 but somehow my explorer.exe file got damaged...so i decided to install another windows... a friend of mine gave me the ISO files of win 8.1...i downloaded the windows USB/DVD tool and made my 8gb pendrive bootable with win 8.1 but when i tried to boot my laptop with it got the "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" mesage....i already changed the priority of the booting to "removable device" instead of "hard drive" or "cd/dvd" but it wont recognize it still...i tried another pendrive...and still have the same error...dunno what can be causing it..can someone help me?

Does your BIOS have UEFI, does it have a legacy OS install mode?.. could be many reasons.
