When I try to install Office 2007 Enterprise on windows 7 I got the error 1935.
error 1935: "an error occurred during the installation of an assembly componant
    "{97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B39A1E18E} HRESULT 8x800737FD
    I found a solution at artical 926804
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926804/de
But this might works for XP,not on windows 7 as in my case ,because net. is built into the OS and you can't reinstall it.
    Someone have any idea?
    please help me!!!

It looks like net framework has not registered correctly.
Try this: (You may need your original installation DVD for this)
    Open Control pane (icon view)
    Select Programs and features
Over on the left select Turn Window features on and off.
Scroll down to Microsoft Net framework 3.5.1 and click the blue square (if it is not blue, but clear, it is not installed anyway!)
Ok it and wait until it is finsished and then reboot.
Now go through the procedure again, but mark the square and OK. After a reboot, if all went well you should find you can now install MS Office

:)Try the following, download office from microsoft then run it and use your activation key rather than install from disc, this worked for me.
