Windows 7 Choosing a USB

Ok, basically heres where Im at.

There are two USB's I have my eye on

USB 1 - Read Speed 30MB/s :: Write Speed 10MB/s :: Storage Capasity 16GB

USB 2 - Read Speed 3MB/s :: Write Speed 2MB/s :: Storage Capasity 32GB

Keep in mind that I will be installing two operating systems on it, Ubuntu and then windows in a virtual machine.

I need a vote on which one I should buy, please vote on this

Now Im only going to buy 1 and 1 only so not both.

Where did you get those readings from?
USB1 is 12 Mbit/s
USB 2 is 480 Mbit/s
USB 3 is 4,8 Gbit/s

Roughly, that is. Would be glad to know your source.
