Update Firefox: - Ensure you are using the latest version of Firefox. Updates often include bug fixes that could resolve such issues. 5. Check for Malware: - Scan your computer for malware or adware that could be interfering with browser extensions. 6. Contact the Extension Author: - If the issue continues after trying the above steps, consider reaching out to the author of the extension causing the problem for further assistance. Regarding your Compaq Presario C700 with an Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2390 @ 1.86 GHz and 2.0 GB of RAM, it meets the basic requirements for running Firefox. However, if you experience slowness or performance issues, upgrading your RAM to at least 4GB could improve the overall performance of your system, especially when running web browsers and multiple applications simultaneously. Feel free to provide more details if you need further assistance with this issue.
