My laptop always goes to a "scan" screen upon start-up, claiming it was not shut down properly. 9 times out of 10, it also freezes during the ten second countdown. I have tried "FSUTIL DIRTY QUERY C:", but it says I must be an administrator to preform this function. (I assume that it means I am not set as an administrator in my user account, but in fact I am.)When I ran multiple checks, the only thing popping up was a "dirty bit set".
Not really sure where to go from here..... any thoughts would be fantastic. ^_^
