Windows 7 comp slowed when downloading

I am using dta(downthemall) and when try to download something with it now on win7 net becoms very slow, and comp actually it self is slowed down... somebody had a same problem?

try a different download manager a see if that plugin is the cause...personally i dont use any download managers.

I tried not using the plugins but it's the same... even when I am using p2p program same thing happens...
