Windows 7 Computer freezing issues.

I've had my computer since last march and I've had it formatted multiple times due to BSODs and freezes, after it has been formatted it works for while then the problem comes back. I've had it sent off to the manufacturer and they said it's not hardware but the upgraded my power supply from a 400 watt to a 700 watt. They also replaced the graphics card because the fan was making a noise, in fact they upgraded it from a GTX 650 to a GTX 650 Ti. Now it's something i'm installing but I can't figure out what it is.   1. Have you ran a memory test?
  2. Are all the fans working correctly (CPU, GPU, PowerSupply if applicable)?
  3. Have you scanned for Malware? Malwarebytes is a good start.
  4. Check your motherboard for bad capacitors that are bulging such as this:

They should be very close to flat and any sign of breakage in the capacitor, oozing fluid, dried fluid, this could be your problem.
 
Memory tests have found nothing, all the fans are working correctly and I have done scans which have found nothing. I highly doubt capacitors are the cause but I will check in the morning. I can't think of anything else that could cause these problems. hmm.
 
If you have any dmp files then please read the thread found here and then post the results. If it's something to do with your drivers then it'll show up in the dmp file.

Run a system file check: Find cmd prompt in the start menu, right click, choose properties and then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Go to my computer. Right click on the C drive, choose properties, look for Tools along the top and click that. Now look for error checking and click that also make sure any boxes are ticked to repair sectors.

There are no .dmp files because it's a freezing issue at the moment not blue screens. I've ran a disk check and it's found nothing.
I'm beginning to think formatting again is the only option. I've been told getting windows to install all your drivers for you is the best option. How exactly do I get windows to install all drivers for hardware for me?
 
Getting windows to install drivers for you is not the best option. Your pc will like you a whole lot more if you investigate which drivers you actually need. The added side benefit is that you also gain a better understanding of your machine. Can you list your motherboard and related hardware and I'll or another will find the drivers for you.

Certainly. My motherboard is an ASUS P8H77M-LE, my processor is an Intel i5 3470 and my graphics card is an Nvidia GTX 650 Ti. My peripherals include an Anker 8200 DPI gaming mouse, and I have a Plantronics Gamecom 780 headset. Anything else needed?

I see your already running the latest Whql Nvidia driver. It may help if you run this gpu driver remover and then re-install as this will remove all old left over driver files:

Update your Intel drivers using the utility found here:

Update your Realtek audio drivers here:

I think that should see you right as most of your driver base is Intel.

I posted them above. I only included the motherboard page so you can check the bios. The Intel driver utility will take care of a lot of them and the other downloads mentioned take care of the rest.
