Here's the problem: about this time last year I got a new Windows 7 laptop. Ran great for about 9 months or so. Earlier this year, it started doing random BSODs. So, I ran System Restore (as in wiped and re-installed to original condition, not the Windows restore point). Everything seemed fine. Now, it's doing it again. The computer's been restored twice in the last two weeks.
The last time I ran System Restore, I only installed Office 2010 and Google Earth. I also installed Microsoft Security Essentials and disabled the Adobe updater using msconfig; I had previously been using AVG 2013, and both AVG and the Adobe thing are mentioned here as potential issues. Otherwise the computer had no changes.
Today it began a string of BSODs again. What happens is that the computer will BSOD, and I get this code: 0x0000001E. All of the strings following that one are blank. Sometimes I can restart and get it into Windows for a while before it does it again, sometimes it BSODs while booting. Also, when it restarted after the first BSOD today, the monitor failed to come on until I powered down and restarted again. RAM issue? Video driver?
I managed to download and run all of the programs, the Windows 7 tool, RAMmon, and the CPUZ tool. I've got all of the relevant screenshots and files in a zip file. Incidentially, the zip file is loaded to my Mediafire page; for some reason the uploader here will not accept the zip file. It's less than 2MB, and I can unzip and view the contents so it's not a corrupted file issue, it might just be the older browser on this laptop (I'm typing this on my older computer...slower, but at least it will run fine). When I try and upload it here I get a red error button in the uploader window, highlighting it with the cursor says Error 2038 and some other bits.

No idea what's making the computer do this. As far as I know, there should have been no problems once the system was completely restored, since it now has no changes, right? Anyway I purposely changed or added very little this last restore to hopefully make it easier to diagnose the problem.
One thing I added to the zip file is a screenshot of a system info screen from the control panel. It's got my CPU, speed, RAM, system type, model number, etc. Since I can't get the stupid thing to run consistently there's not much else I can do to give hardware specs that isn't included in one of the other logs. I do know that it's Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64 bit, I've got 8 GB of RAM. Since the laptop is refusing to be consistent right now, what I might do if you can identify the potential issue is restore it again, and then apply whatever fix there is. Because right now it'd probably crash while I was trying to repair, if it manages to start properly at all.
Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise, it might be time to get yet another new laptop.
