VIDEO Constant Button Bug?

Hey guys, so I'm stumped on this one.

I'm having this bug where it seems like some button is constantly being pressed, but I can't figure out what.

I've tried unplugging my keyboard, mouse, and any other peripheral that I have plugged in, and the problem still seems to persist.

It fixes when I restart the computer, and I don't notice it until I try to use things like the calculator, colander, start menu etc.

I've ran keyboard and mouse checkers to see if a button is being pressed, but doesn't come up with any results.

I apprecaite anyone taking the time to help me out here.
