Windows 7 context menu, not showing letters

Wow, that's one I've never seen before. There's two possibilities--the text is either missing or the same color as the background. Other than give you two directions to look, I can't help with either one.

On second thought, it's probably a Windows problem, something either corrupted or missing. Try running sfc /scannow from the Start menu Run window.
