Windows 7 CPU utilization is 100% in windows 7 ...need help.......

Hello,
I m using windows 7. whenever i click on the video files or folder containig those video files,this CPU utilization goes high.(100%).
for this i need to restart explorer everytime whnever CPU utilization goes high.Because of this i m not able to play any video from system.
I have attached screen-shot for that.
Please give me solution for this.

That's normal. You could either wait it out until all videos have thumbnails cached or disable the thumbnails completely.

no it is not that issue..if i changed the view to list,that time this CPU utl. going high.and that is permently.if i keep that for an hour it will be still high.
I alredy said,even if i click(select) on folder which having video files then also cpu going high.
and this is happning for videos only.not for wallpapers.

You have poorly encoded videos. Delete them.
