So, I have literally no idea where to ask this. I figured a Windows forum would be a good place to start.

I have a personal project of mine that, among other things, consists of creating an alphabet. But this alphabet has to be "typable" in the Windows environment. Do you know the language bar that allows you to switch keyboard layouts? The plan is to create a keyboard layout that contains a completely custom alphabet that is switchable via the said bar and typable just like the latin alphabet I'm using to type this.

Do you guys know if this is possible at all?

Thanks.

Solution
I think if you wanted to create a new language essentially is what you are asking is you would need to build a language pack. I don't know if that is possible.
You can create custom layouts and install them with this Microsoft tool Link Removed

I would love to know that. I'm scouring all over Google but I can't find a definitive answer. I hope someone on the forums knows.
