Windows 7 defragmentation step 6 does not load.

hey there my defragmentation stops at step 6 and does not load after reach step 6.
its defenetivly stoped and not loading any more, take hours on Zero % without go ahead from 0%.
any tipps or windows functions i can use there ?

Ups sorry guys my pc is handeld by a retard XD (its working now)
