Would it be nice to have a shortcut which would show you a form with all the keyboard shortcuts in Windows 8?

Alternatively have a search charm that lets you list them by name?

We are in the process of finding out if this would be a viable application/feature in Windows 8.

You can, all you have to do is;
Copy the keyboard shortcuts from either here: http://windows8forums.com/windows-8-tutorials-training/5293-nav-tips-keyboard-shortcuts-win8.html, or Google Windows 8 Keyboard Shortcuts, paste them to Notepad and create your own shortcut to that form.

No need for 3rd party tools for that.
