I'm professional programmer and have many windows/instances opened and it's VERY annoying if I'm clicking already foreground window and it run away from me! :) Thanks in advance!

To disable the grouping of taskbar icons and prevent windows from minimizing when clicked on the taskbar, you can adjust the taskbar settings in Windows. Here's how you can achieve this: 1. Disable Taskbar Icon Grouping: - Right-click on an empty space on the taskbar. - Select "Taskbar settings" from the menu that appears. - Scroll down to the "Combine taskbar buttons" option. - Change the dropdown menu to "Never." - This will prevent the icons from grouping together on the taskbar. 2. Prevent Windows from Minimizing on Taskbar Click: - Hold the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking an open window on the taskbar. - This action will prevent the window from minimizing when clicked. It's a workaround to avoid accidental minimization. By following these steps, you can ensure that your windows do not minimize when clicked on the taskbar and that icons are not grouped together, making it easier for you to manage multiple open windows efficiently.
