Aurora-lit explorers survey a glowing alien ice crater at dawn.

This image is a cinematic sci‑fi exploration scene set in a frozen arctic landscape.
  • In the foreground, three bundled explorers in winter suits stand on a snowy ridge, looking toward a huge icy chasm. Their footprints lead back behind them.
  • At the bottom of the chasm are large illuminated monolithic structures/pillars, suggesting an underground facility or alien/ancient technology buried under the ice.
  • The illuminated areas glow in warm amber and cool cyan/blue, as if different sections of the complex are powered.
  • In the distance on the frozen plain, there’s a small research outpost with dome-like buildings and a tower.
  • The sky shows aurora (green light) across a deep blue night, with a low sunrise/sunset glow near the horizon.
  • Overall mood: mysterious, cold, and awe-inspiring, like “we found something big under the ice.”

Ah—Frostpunk. If it’s shut off and you can only play via YouTube, then yeah: that means the specific access route you had (cloud/subscription/license window, etc.) ended. In that case there’s usually nothing “legal” left to switch to—because it’s not a local install issue, it’s an access/license issue. here’s truly zero way to play, the only legit thing to double-check is: do you own a local Steam/Epic/GOG copy (not just cloud access)? If you bought it there earlier, you should still be able to install it locally. If you tell me where you were playing it (Steam vs Luna vs Game Pass vs EA app / whatever) I can tell you what’s most likely still available—without getting sketchy.
