Windows 8 Discrepancy Between Task Manager and Device Manager for Wireless NICs

I have a question. Some one may know the answer to this one. Why dose 8 task manager show that I have two wireless NICs but my device manager only shows the one. Link Removed

I suspect that it is because in addition to your Atheros wireless adapter, you also have a Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter. Best guess.... probably pretty close.
