A couple of weeks ago I installed a Win 7 64 bit on a new system. After installation I accessed Windows Updates and nearly 200 updates (mostly important and including SP1) were downloaded and installed. There are now 28 updates awaiting installation.
Yesterday, after a hard drive failure, I installed Win 7 64 bit on my first system (not the one from a couple of weeks ago) and when I accessed Windows Updates there was only 8 important updates for installation and after they were installed a further update became available.
Why the discrepancy and am I missing something?

Solution
Different install media.
The disc yesterday was purchased around 2011 and a full version whereas the other had a disc build date in July 2013 and was an OEM version..
