Hi all,

Is there anyway to have a diskless server boot a Windows server image/VM from a NAS?

Or is it possible to have an operating system like Windows Server 2012 not installed each individual machine? Instead running from a centralized disk storage.

I imagine you can, I'm not sure that I ever would. I'd recommend running the hyper visor host on a mirrored pair of drives and then hosting all of your VM disks on the NAS. If these are production systems you're probably going to run into performance issues pretty quick. A SAN is preferred for production systems.
