Windows 10 Doesn’t open file MS Project 2010

Guys, I am flat-out. An error occurs opening the file in MS Project 2010. Maybe there's a utility to get back the file?

Well first off do you have project installed? As mentioned by Luke what is the error? Lastly run a repair on the project install.
