Windows 7 downloaded info for wrong album, can't access right one or get rid of wrong info

That sums it up. I have tried changing the info manually, and it just reverts. I did cut and paste the correct album cover. The album is from Argentina and does not match their available selections, but I can find it and see it online elsewhere.
What are my options? I am starting to hate Microsoft and the lack of options - like with my docs in Windows 7, I can't even arrange files and folders the way I want them. Arrrgh.
