hi everyone,

i purchased a pinnacle pctv hd mini stick for my HP pavillion p6214y desktop. i have tried to install the program and driver about 10 times but my pc still doesn't recognize the usb tuner. it give me the following error "no driver found for hdtv 80e". i looked at the compatability chart in microsofts website and it says that its compatible. i also downloaded the latest driver for this tuner. and it still isn't working. i am at a lose as to what to do next. can someone help me?

im using windows 7 home premium, version 6.1.7600 build 7600, this is a x64 based pc
