Windows 10 Duel Screen Issues

I recently updated to 10 and it didn't work for a while so I followed some YouTube tutorials. After a bit, I finally got to see my stuff again! Then the last step was using the "Windows button + P" thing to fix the duel screen issue (computer thinks it has 2 screens so it goes duel screen.) To change to a screen "1" or "2" you have to select one. I selected "2" and it turns out; that's the wrong one! Now I can't use the only screen I have to change it back... Any helpful suggestions? Thanks!

How do you feel about the spyware pre-installed on Windows 10? C is a data gathering machine that has the right to give your personal information such as how often you talk to certain people and your passwords etc to third parties. I can't see why anyone would concent to Windows 10 and its overtly obvious breach of privacy rights.
