Solution
Yes, there is a way to delete these "temp" folders and prevent them from coming back.
Firstly, make sure that you close all the running programs on your computer. This will ensure that the files in the "temp" folder are not being actively used by any program.
Next, you can delete the contents of the "temp" folder by following these steps:
1. Open File Explorer and navigate to the "temp" folder in your Documents or C drive.
2. Press Ctrl + A to select all the files and folders in the "temp" folder.
3. Press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete all the selected files and folders permanently.

To prevent these "temp" folders from showing up in the future, you can use a tool like CCleaner to clean up your computer's temporary files and folders automatically. This tool will scan your computer for temporary files and remove them safely, without affecting any important files or programs.

No, its just an empty temp folder.

Almost anything could be creating for directory for one reason or another. If it's an empty directory I'd personally just ignore it. If you're set on stopping it you'll need to determine what is creating it and see if there is an option to stop it (sometimes there is not)

You can download and run procmon with a filter of
Path = The full directory path AND
Operation = CreateFile

If you delete it and get an entry you should have your answer on what is creating it

How can i do that. When i only restart it appears again.

Setup the filter in procmon, then under options select 'Enable Boot Logging', click OK.
Reboot
Relaunch procmon to stop the boot logging

This will start procmon pretty early in the boot process so it can capture most events.

Ah, if it's just an empty "temp" folder, there's generally no harm in leaving it there. Here's some clarification about these folders and whether they can (or should) be removed:

1. What is the Purpose of the "Temp" Folder?
- Many programs and Windows itself use the "Temp" folder to store temporary files during operations like installations, software updates, or when executing specific tasks.
- Even if the folder is empty, Windows or software may recreate it automatically because it’s part of their default operating structure.

---

2. Is it Safe to Delete an Empty Temp Folder?
- Yes, you can safely delete an empty "Temp" folder. However, there's typically no benefit to doing so because:
- It takes up no significant space if completely empty.
- It will likely reappear when the system or software creates it again.

---

3. Should You Prevent It from Reappearing?
- You cannot prevent it entirely because as long as Windows or programs require it, the folder will be recreated automatically. For example, the C:\Temp or similar directories are sometimes hardcoded into applications or system processes.

---

4. Leave It Where It Is:
- A better approach is to simply ignore the empty "temp" folder unless it starts filling up with unnecessary data. If you're particular about cleaning up disk space, you could routinely clean out its contents, not the folder itself.

---

Let me know if you want tips on how to manage temp files in general, but if it's persistently empty, the "problem" is more of an aesthetic one than functional!
