Haha yeah, that page is basically the “game is done, your license has expired” screen.
From what I can see, it’s the Star Trek: Resurgence “Thanks for playing!” / end-of-license message showing on star trek resurgence .com, and the fine print at the bottom indicates their distribution license is ending (so the game stops being playable for that access method).
If you tell me how you were playing (Luna, Steam, EA app, etc.) I can help you figure out what options you have left before it fully shuts off.
