When upgrading an enterprise from XP to Windows 7, what are some lesser-known tech support features of Windows 7? I've read about the MDOP pack that includes the DaRT tools, DEM, Problem Steps Recorder and App-V/Med-V for application compatibility. Are there any other features we should look into prior to a rollout that you've found helpful? I'm specifically looking for tools to help support end user technical support. Thanks!
