Windows 11 error code 800705b4

I am getting error code 800705b4 when trying to install latest windows 10. I have windows 10 version 20H2 and trying to upgrade to 22H2.

Please help..
 
Quickie:- Do you have any third party antivirus programs running?
 
I have norton but it was a trial and remove it using ncpr tool. I have tried again for an inplace upgrade.. it failed off with the same error
