Windows 7 Error message

I keep getting this box pop up when ever i try to open up word 2007 and when i try to download some programs from the net. Can you help me fix it? I've tried system restore but it didn't work.

Sounds like one of your MS Office system files has a problem Goto control panel, select the large icon display from the top right hand corner pull down menu. Click on programs and features Scroll down to Microsoft Office 2007, highlight it and click on the word "change" toward the top of the window. Select repair from the options It may ask you to insert your Office 2007 installation disk

I deleated java ( after googling what the code was all about) and re-installed it but I still get the first message
