Windows 7 Error when booting from windows 7 ultimate dvd-rom?

i want to reinstall windows 7 ultimate, when i boot from cd it works untill before the first page that shows up the desired laguage etc.... my screen turn black and says no signal but the pc stay on and dosent turn off.....so i cant see the first installation step that ask for laguage option the location and thekeyboard layout .....plz help me thank you!!
