Windows 10 Failed to run MS Project 2013

I come to you with a problem – yesterday the computer showed This application failed to start because MICROSOFT.OFFICE.PROJECT.SERVER.DATABASE.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Please help to recover microsoft project file here after such a failure.

Go into Control Panel > Programs and Features > Repair MS Project
