How do I fix this?

An image from 'Error Message'. Error message stating 'Winpk filter driver is not installed or failed to load.'

Thank you Trouble, Found the answer through the link you gave me. I just had to uninstall network genie and that fixed it.

Since I know you have an MSI motherboard, maybe take a look at this

Thank you Trouble, Found the answer through the link you gave me. I just had to uninstall network genie and that fixed it.

Apparently on an MSI board you have to uninstall network genie to make it work then reinstalled it and now it is ok.
