Windows Vista Folders will not open pictures

Hey everyone, i have a problem with a couple of my folders with pictures. Most all folders will open pictures with Windows Photo Gallery after i click on them. But two folders wont do anything when i click on a picture in the folder. It will show the info at the bottom of the window but wont open in Windows Photo Gallery.

What gives?

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

Is it an admin issue? I downloaded Take Control and that doesn't open the pictures in the one folder either.

I just did a system restore and everything is working fine now. I wish i knew what setting may have gotten changed.
