    • Allow the scan to complete (it may take some time). This scan will check for and repair any corrupted system files that could be causing the Fonts folder to not open.
[]Check for System Updates: Make sure your Windows 7 system is up to date. Updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve system functionality, including issues related to system folders like Fonts. []Create a New User Account:
    • Create a new user account on your Windows system and try opening the Fonts folder from that account. This will help determine if the issue is account-specific.
[]Check for Malware: Run a thorough scan of your system with reliable antivirus software to check for any malware that could be causing the problem. []Repair Windows Installation: If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider repairing your Windows installation. This can be done using the Windows installation disc or USB drive.

    Additional Information:

    • While Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, you can still perform basic troubleshooting to resolve common issues.
    • The Fonts folder is a critical system directory, so it's important to ensure it functions properly for various applications to work correctly.
Try these steps and let me know if you need further assistance or if you encounter any issues along the way.
