Hi first of all :)

So I use Youtube a lot so this is a big problem for me. Every time I load a few videos on the site my internet just stops working and I dont think its memory related as I have 4gb and don't run a lot of background applications (just skype and anti-virus).

This is extremely frustrating as I have to restart my computer every time this happens.

Any ideas?

I have a Core 2 duo 2.53 Ghz, Nvidia 9600GT graphic card, latest chrome and flash.

Thanks in advance!

    []Check for Malware:
    • Run a full scan using your antivirus software to check for any malware that might be affecting your internet connectivity.
    [
    ]Adjust Video Quality:
    • Lower the video quality on YouTube to reduce the bandwidth consumption, especially if you're streaming HD videos.
    []Disable Hardware Acceleration:
    • Sometimes, hardware acceleration settings can cause issues. Try disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome.

Steps to Disable Hardware Acceleration in Chrome:

      • Open Chrome and go to Settings.
      • Scroll down and click on Advanced.
      • Under the "System" section, toggle off the setting for "Use hardware acceleration when available."

      Additional Considerations:

      [
    • ]Given that your system specifications are older, playback of high-definition videos might strain the system resources. Consider watching videos at lower resolutions to alleviate the load on your system. It's recommended to try these steps one by one and see if the issue resolves. If the problem persists, feel free to provide additional details for further assistance.
