Windows 7 FSB Software Compatibility for Windows 7 64-Bit with Nvidia/AMD

Does anyone know of any FSB Software that works w/W7 64 bit for Nvidia/AMD?

FSB = Front Side Bus

For controlling and increasing FSB...it helps push fps (frames per second) in gaming etc...at least that's what I use it for and in XP there were many apps that worked, but I can't find any thus far that works with W7.
