Windows 7 Gaming related BSODs, probably direct X

The BSODs seem to be mainly when gaming although not only.

The games in specific are smite, it also crashes when I play Civ V but, only when I'm streaming Netflix on my second monitor but, not if I'm watching something via VLC.

I recently upgraded my GPU from a 7790 to a Sapphire tri-x 290x however, I also did a fresh install of win 7 Ult x64 so there should be no driver conflicts. I have tried AMDs 14.4 and 14.6 beta drivers as well as the old 13.12 ones and still getting the same 2 BSODs during gaming. I have used the Display Driver Uninstaller (Formerly driversweeper) to clean them out with each attempt at a different release of drivers and still crashing.

I know it's GFX related I just don't know what in the hell is causing it.

I have also run memtest to make sure that my sticks are good and have gotten back no errors. I'm at my wits end. There's no overheating, my PSU is more than powerful enough and a high quality I can't quite pin it down.

Specs are:

FX-8350
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Corsair HX850
Asus m5a99x evo r2.0
Sapphire Tri-x 290x

Everything is running at stock.

the above dump file is the most common in the bunch and can be caused by corrupt data, hardware (RAM) and drivers. You also have dump files for Bugcheck 124 (hardware error) and Bugcheck 1E which can be caused by a faulty device driver or system service might be responsible for this error.Hardware issues, such as BIOS incompatibilities, memory conflicts, and IRQ conflicts can also be to blame.
I noticed some dump files were missing service pack 1 but as you were re-installing the os that's understandable. You do however need to update the system:

BiosVersion = 1903
BiosReleaseDate = 07/11/2013

Everything has been updated and I'm going to attempt to force it to BSOD in the previous manners.

So far so good! I had a game running and netflix streaming for about 2+hours and nothing yet. I think I might have just needed to update the bios, since the 290x is a pretty new card.
