I get BSOD but since its kind of random i have no way of knowing if there is hardware causing it.

Used SF diagnostics tool and also did CPUID screenshots as instructed and have zipped them in 1 folder.

Also i have as instructed in the forum put my general system info in my profile. If need be i can do screenshots of speccy and have them attached as well.

I have done memtest86+ with pass complete for both my 2 modules of corsair ddr3 4gb sticks.

Solution
Thank you, i will do a complete memtest. Also if i have done a format of my windows drive i should not be needing any virus scan should i?
I would like to say that you are probably in the clear, but unfortunately I have seen some virii that survive a typical format. So unless you have done a 1s and 0s wipe / write end to end using something like KillDisk Active@ KillDisk. LSoft Technologies you can't be absolutely certain.
I suppose it depends on how much or whether or not you actually suspect an infection might be present. Like I said earlier I just noticed the one suspicious .tmp file loading as driver. Could be innocent, could be a major problem. Can't really say for sure with any degree of...
Adding info:

I still get the same bsod after doing several windows installation on the computer using different versions of windows 7.

Just got another BSOD while playing Fifa 12. Now i have taken out 1 memmory module to see if it helps using only 1 module at a time.

Last time i got BSOD was while playing Diablo III. I guess at least its good i now have some way of trying to force the BSOD so i can do hardware check more quickly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Bug check description: This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
 or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

Check for a virus or malware infection using a blank CD and this program What is Windows Defender Offline? (get the correct version for your architecture). Boot from the CD and run a FULL system scan.
Check your memory;
Download Memtest86+ from this location here. Burn the ISO to a CD and boot the computer from the CD from a cold boot after leaving it off for an hour or more.
Ideally let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear before that you can stop that particular test. Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Perform the test RAM sticks individually as well as all possible combinations. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.
See this Guide to using Memtest 86+

Can't really say for sure with any degree of accuracy.
Some people work very hard and diligently making sure that their OS drive / partition is pristine, only to later plug in a second drive or external device and are re-infected before they know what happened.
