Microsoft have slightly eased the limitations for their most basic SKU, and also removed the 3 application limit. Read here and Link Removed - Invalid URL.
This is welcome news for those with netbooks.. It was just a retarded restriction in the first place... I'm glad microsoft realized that now and not after the Retail had went live..
