A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.

Additionally you have or have had (and some remnants remain) AVG installed AVGIDSEH.Sys and avgtdia.sys Since AVG is not an all uncommon is these types of Blue Screen issues you should probably consider uninstalling it completely, at least for now. Use the programs own uninstaller if available in the programs directory or else use the programs and features applet in the control panel. Follow that up with the vendor specific proprietary removal tool from here Link Removed get the right one for your particular architecture. Consider replacing it with Link Removed due to 404 Error.
A few older drivers (pre-Windows 7 RTM) that could use your attention.
mcdbus.sys 2/24/2009 Driver for MagicISO SCSI Host Controller
xusb21.sys 4/8/2009 Windows Common Controller (maybe xbox)
ALSysIO64.sys 4/19/2009 Possibly an old version of Core Temp
lirsgt.sys 5/17/2009 Tages SA Software
atksgt.sys 5/17/2009 Tages SA Software
GEARAspiWDM.sys 5/18/2009 Driver updates - GEAR Software

Give Google a try and see if there is anything more recent for these products in the way of associated drivers. Or else consider uninstalling and or renaming.
