Windows 7 Help finding old windows programs

i just installed windows 7 on my computer, i am now running windows vista with a upgrade to windows 7, there were programs like roxio creator, lightscribe, ect. that came with my puter when i purchased it and when i upgraded to windows 7 these programs are no longer available......i went into the old windows folder to try to retreive them but they are not there! how can i go back and retreive these programs? i already bought these programs once......and am not doing it again, i tried to download a new roxio program.....and they want me to pay for it!! if anyone could help me with this...pls. do!:(

You'll have to check with whoever built your PC. It sucks but a lot of makers don't include disks of the installed software. Unless it was a pared down version you might also try Roxio or whoever and explain problem. Then there are torrent sites but you never know what you are really getting it could have a nasty virus added.
