Windows 7 Help me with error 1606 "Could Not Access Network Location"

pls help me with this error, when i try to install some programs this error come to me "prog like HP smart webprinting - AT&T Natural Voice... "

and I have been search Google to get fix for this BUT I can't.

I looked at this support article at microsoft Link Removed BUT the solve they suggest , (compare registry entries and replace them with the table) they mention this apply to xp and vista not 7

and when i try to replace I thought that there are a big difference between functionality vista and xp, So I am afraid to damage my registry and disable some functions of it

SO pls if anyone face this problem before and fix it , pls send me the correct registery to fix it
or any safe way to fix it
