Help! Software on win 2008 r2 domain

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to get a custom software package to work on my domain server.

BTW - it works just fine on a workstation.

I don't remember having this problem with a simple WG server.

What are the best practices for setting this up?

I created a folder on the server let's call it "ABCFolder".

The Exe and its Dlls are in this folder and the data is in a sub folder called \data.

So it looks like this \abcfolder\data.

The programmer said that this was the path that had to be used.
Logged in as Admin When I start the program it comes up fine but the data files are not found.

Where do I put this stuff ? Should it go in another place like "sysvol" or under program files?

Does the fact that it is a domain have any thing to do with it?

If I can't get it to work at the server console - I will never get it to work from a WS.

Please help - any comments will be most welcomed.

Thank You
