    Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to get a custom software package to work on my domain server.

BTW - it works just fine on a workstation.

I don't remember having this problem with a simple WG server.

What are the best practices for setting this up?

I created a folder on the server let's call it "ABCFolder".

The Exe and its Dlls are in this folder and the data is in a sub folder called \data.

So it looks like this \abcfolder\data.

The programmer said that this was the path that had to be used.
Logged in as Admin When I start the program it comes up fine but the data files are not found.

Where do I put this stuff ? Should it go in another place like "sysvol" or under program files?

Does the fact that it is a domain have any thing to do with it?

If I can't get it to work at the server console - I will never get it to work from a WS.

Please help - any comments will be most welcomed.

    Thank You

There are newly added monitoring tools for revised performance and reliability monitoring by Windows Server 2008 R2. These tools intended to help network administrators better understand the health and operations of Windows Server 2008 R2 systems.
